    "Growing up in the Baptist Church, I was taught and sometimes 'force-fed' religious doctrine at an early age.  As I grew older, wiser?, and more sophisticated, I found those early beliefs too archaic for my worldly lifestyle.  New Age concepts of oneness, reincarnation, and astrology became my 'religion'.  Everything was OK to do as long as 'it harmed no one else'.  At the age of 37, I found my New Age blessings to be drug addiction and a near suicide experience.
